As authentic bespoke furniture makers, we handcraft every wide garden bench from scratch in our Lincolnshire workshop. We do not stock mass-produced imports or softwood benches. Every bench is built using 100 percent solid, kiln-dried character oak, no veneers, MDF, or softwood. Each piece is unique, showcasing organic knots and rich grain movement. - Q: What sizes can you make?
- A: Fully bespoke. We make 2-seater, 3-seater and 4-seater wide benches to order. Tell us your garden or patio dimensions and we will tailor the length and deep seat depth perfectly.
- Q: Is this bench solid oak throughout?
- A: Yes. We use 100 percent solid European character oak for the entire bench, never veneers, MDF, chipboard or softwood.
- Q: How should I maintain the finish outdoors?
- A: Wipe with a soft dry cloth. To maintain the warm oak tone, re-apply outdoor-grade oak oil every 6 to 12 months. If left untreated, the oak will naturally silver to a beautiful weathered patina.
