Delivery will normally be within 2 to 4 weeks unless otherwise indicated.

Smaller items may be delivered within 1 week.
When placing an order, please inform us about any access issues that may prevent getting the furniture into your property easily, as larger items are more difficult to deliver. If we are unable to get the furniture in, without previously being told of access issues, then a £60 charge will be made, or taken off any refund.
All delays will be communicated to the customer. For large item deliveries, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery fees are quoted for working days only and not weekends or Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries can be made possible for an additional delivery charge, Please contact us for details.

Unsuccessful delivery attempts, when we have given a delivery date, and when the haulage contractor has surcharged us, will be invoiced and charged for in full to you.

We do not usually ship any of our products outside of mainland England or Wales.

All delivery prices are quoted to these countries only.

Scotland and Ireland deliveries can be arranged, but will be subject to additional delivery costs.

Some of our items may need help lifting, as they can be difficult to move.
